- Keep the original package of the product before you ensure that the product is in good condition.
- Please take the photo at first time when you find the issue of merchandise or received the damage package.
- Connect the customer service immediately when you need to return & exchange, do not send back the item directly.

The effective return & exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

7-Days No Reason To Return Or Exchange:
- You have authority to return or exchange the item (The original packaging must be retained) with no reason.
- Ensure that the product is brand new, unused, and does not affect the secondary sales of the product.
- Excluding handmade and customized products.
- Excluding promotional discounted products.
- You need to bear the cost of return shipping to our depot in US.
30-Days Return & Exchange:
- If the product has quality issues or is damaged due to delivery that you can connect our customer service to return or exchange(The original packaging must be retained).
-Ensure that the product is brand new, unused.
- Not including the damage cause of improper use of operation, personal reason.
- Excluding handmade and customized products.
- Excluding promotional discounted products.
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSE
Step 1: Contact the customer service to return or exchange:Take the photo of product,send to customer service with the name of item and the number of your ordering.
Step 2: Wait for customer service confirm & reply:The customer service will confirm the status of item and ordering, verify whether it meets the standards.
Step 3: Get into the process of return or exchange:When the return or exchange was accepted, you will receive the message from the customer service.
Last step: Return and Exchange: Return the product, and wait for the exchanged item or refund (There is the detail about refund in following).
OUR REFUND PROCESS & PERIOD
Refund Period: 3-7 days
Refund Process: After you connect the customer service, we will get through the refund process, if refund was accepted that your money will be returned to your original account.
